Futsal Options for the 2016/17 Summer Season
Arana United Futsal Club is affiliated with Football Queensland Futsal, the state governing body of futsal in Queensland. In the up coming 2016/17 summer futsal season there will be a clear and structured pathway for all players. The majority of players will take part in local programs and in-house competitions based at our home venue the Hills District PCYC, Everton Hills. Players who have ambitions to play futsal at representative level will also have the opportunity to attend trials for selection into our teams that will compete in the new SEQ FQ Futsal Premier League. Our aim is to bring the sport of futsal to as many players as possible by hosting quality development programs and professionally managed competitions. We are now recognised as North Brisbane's premier futsal club. We are passionate about the sport of futsal and once you try it you'll also be hooked! It's the fastest and most exciting sport in Australia and skills learned are transferable to the 11-a-side version of the game. In fact we guarantee that if you play futsal you will become a much better football (soccer) player. Our club is part of Football Federation Australia which means we play under the internationally recognised FIFA rules. Playing futsal during the summer is a great way to keep fit and develop your football skills while having fun with your mates. See below for more information about our player pathway. We hope that you too will join the Arana Utd FC family!
