Arana United Futsal Club is affiliated with Football Queensland the state governing body of futsal in Queensland, ensuring a clear and structured pathway for all players. The majority of players take part in our local programs and in-house competitions based at our home venue the Hills District PCYC, Everton Hills. Players who have ambitions to play futsal at representative level also have the opportunity to compete in the SEQ Futsal Premier League. Our aim is to bring the sport of futsal to as many players as possible by hosting quality development programs and professionally managed competitions. Our club is registered with Football Federation Australia which means we play under the internationally recognised FIFA rules. See below for more info about our player pathway.

2016 SEQ Premier League Season Wrap: Arana United FC produced some fantastic performances throughout the season with the 12yrs boys, 14yrs girls, 16yrs girls, Youth, Women and Men teams all progressing through to the semi finals. The 12yrs boys, 14yrs girls, Youth and Women progressed one step further making it through to their respective grand finals. Unfortunately we were unable to claim any championships however four grand finalist teams was a great performance for our first season in this elite league. A number of our players received individual awards: Noah Maieroni Golden Boot u12yrs boys, Georgia Beaumont Golden Boot 14yrs girls, Alex Armstrong Player of the Tournament u16yrs girls and Bethany Ashton Golden Boot Women. What is Get Started?
Get Started is one of three funding programs that comprise the Queensland Government’s Get in the Game initiative to support sport and recreation at the grassroots level. Get Started assists children and young people who can least afford, or may otherwise benefit from, joining a sport or recreation club.
What funding is available?
A maximum of $150 per voucher is available to help pay the cost of sport or recreation membership and/or participation fees.
Who can apply?
Individuals eligible to apply for a voucher are children and young people from the age of five and under the age of 18 who are residents of Queensland and hold or whose parent, carer or guardian holds, a Centrelink Health Care Card or Pensioner Concession Card; or other children or young people identified by two referral agents. Note: Limit of one voucher per child/young person per calendar year.
